Umm dude? Just go on iTunes and right click (or option click if on Mac) on your iPod touch and that will back up the data not the songs.... other then that you'd have to get a Flash drive a drag and drop the songs in... Or if you can wait for a jailbreak you could OpenSSH into your iPod touch...
