You're most likely host banned. If you take a look at my thread you will see that host bans are gamertag related, and so chaning your IP will have no effect.
I don't think you can be host banned for being host any consecutive amount of times. I believe they have an automatic system which detects standbying-like behavior.
I've been host banned several times on my main account. After the first ban, one legit game yielded me the right to bridge again. After the second ban, it took maybe 2-3 games. After that point, I'm pretty much permanently host banned. I have tried changing my IP address numerous times, but the...
I think it may have been a coincidence that I was able to bridge again after changing my IP. I was doing it perfectly just before, but Cain crashed during the match which probably got me host banned again. I then changed my IP two times, but I still cannot bridge.
Would that prevent you from ever getting host banned? Obviously changing your IP can get you around a host ban, but if they can't get your IP, won't you never be host banned? If this is the case, what program do you use?
I wouldn't glitch to rank 100 so early. Epic is making a fuss about all the glitching and I've heard that they are going to be banning and resetting people. Just a heads up for those of you that are fearful of a ban. On the other hand, however, Epic talks a lot of crap...
I've been bridging myself host flawlessly, but just recently Cain has been acting up and crashing sometimes when I'm in the process of adding the incoming IPs to trusted so I can acquire teammates ("searching for players"). Anybody know what could be causing it?
Also, I bridged myself host...
I'd like to get something going, but kamokilla is always away it seems. Let me know when you're available to standby, kamo, and I'll be more than happy to bridge you host.
