Cyimking said it perfectly. I'm a senior CS student and I'm also the school-hired tutor for CS students. I get a lot of students that get discouraged because they don't pick up on "simple" concepts right away, then they blame the professor saying "they don't teach us all this stuff." My response...
I want to set up a network drive so that any computer in my house can save/read files from it (easy) but then wanted to take it a step further. Now I'm curious about using an old computer as a server so that those file can be accessed/created from any computer at any time.
To give you an idea...
I made a project back in the high school days and used the font in the picture linked at the bottom. Now I need the font again for a similar project. Does this look familiar to anyone?

COTTLE is completely correct. But deciding what needs to start up or not from the boot list can be very tricky! If you need help, send me a PM and I'll walk you through most of the things in your boot list and tell you what is needed, what isn't, and what they are.
I would try uninstalling AVG just temporarily. Only long enough to see if you can open your web browser without it. If you can, reinstall AVG or roll back a version. Sounds to me like your new AVG doesn't want to work with your computer. Computers can be so unpredictable, it really gets hard to...
I personally don't think it was intentionally left there... That would kill their income until the release. Who would go out an buy the current iPhone for the next few months if they know there is a better one coming?
But yeah, this is a bunch of crap. It's all Apple's fault they lost it (more...
I love you guys. :)
Anyway, I would have figured this guy and his mac power supplies could have figured out that you can't cram a pci-e card into a pci... Anyway, dude, just get a job, buy a new computer, and roll with it. That's how this wonderful world works-you want something, you work and...
Well I have Reason 4, audio editing software. But I can't run it without the disc (it doesn't completely install on a computer). Is there anyway I can make my computer think I have the disc in when I try to run it and really just have the disc files copied somewhere?
Thanks guys,
Sanders.
