    I agree with everything except for the 16gb ram gaming part. However, he said light video editing. Most of his OS and apps will be on his SSD anyways. His HDD will be mainly storage.

    Well I told him he could swap my monitor with yours if he wished. The 16gb of ram is just a little extra something (wont make hardly a difference with what hes doing). The cpu is only a tiny bit better and theyre both locked anyways so it doesn't really matter.
