My friend had his Arris modem-router replaced by Comcast and hasn't had any issues since. It's definitely MCC's fault, but for whatever reason certain hardware tolerates it better.
Some people just go blackscreen in H2A every 30-60 seconds or so. Some games it does it and some games not. I've played tons of games where 1 person on my team is just walking into walls every now and then.

Need more info than that. Did you set everything up properly? (neighborhood, using just nimbus.exe in a folder alone WITHOUT any other .dlls in the same directory, using the latest .NET Framework, not running windows 95, etc)

Still, you're on a modding forum. Are you really going to say you've never used mods online? Ever? (Not just to cheat, but in any capacity. Not only cheaters get bans.)
The 'modded losses' buttons give you a 50. Modding a specific level, and keeping the ability to lock games, would depend entirely on a calculation of your trueskill to generate, so without implementing some kind of crazy calculation it's not feasible to do.
