Finally, thank you I've been trying to determine the cause for-****ing-ever. This gives me more options, thanks.
If anyone capable of helping me with this sees this, I'd appreciate it if you posted or PMed me. I'm sure other people are having this issue.
If you're just starting out a simple shared hosting plan is probably the best. Get settled in understanding cPanel and FTPing, make a few websites, and if you get to the point where you really need better performance (if you reach a point where you actually have a visitor base, and are providing...
I recently pooped on a butt-felt modder who then proceeded to do some magical heebeejeebeez to my game. Now, when I try to play it freezes as soon as the game finishes loading. Any idea how to fix this? I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling game, and redownloading my profile. I know he had...
That's great, did you read any of my posts? PCPP is a tool and I have used it as such. I bought very few items through the results they gave me, it was merely extra confirmation of compatibility and an easy way to share the list of parts in this thread. I haven't made that a secret and I've...
Jesus dude get laid or something. And you're still telling me I paid $345 for this card when I paid nearly a hundred bucks less, and have said so multiple times now I believe. I feel like I'm talking to a brick wall. Know what happens when you realize you are talking to a brick wall? You stop...
Yeah, there will always be exceptions to the rule, I'm strictly talking about thermodynamics there. The effectiveness of the cooling system certainly plays a vital role, but that's a different issue altogether. In most cases replacing the OEM paste works wonders.
Thank you captain, obviously those are conservative estimates. The only point I was trying to make is they require more power and higher wattage means higher temperatures if everything else is the same. http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-390-vs-GeForce-GTX-970 See the TWP comparison.
This is becoming increasingly annoying, so this will be my last reply to you. Things to keep in mind — I don't give a crap how these cards compare in general, only how they compare to my situation. This means 1080p, temps + power + clearance are important considerations, and OC potential as...
What are you trying to accomplish by posting this nonsense? Again, considering my situation in it's entirety (was able to snag a 970 for $260 vs $300 390, gaming on 1080p, case space & heat concerns, etc) why would you continue to spew about the 390? I get it, you love the thing, but no need to...
That's a silly sentence, but there are plenty of threads all over the internet, and benchmarks as well, that can tell a different story depending on who you ask. Remember I've only been talking about my specific setup, 1080p, which they both win their fair share of benchmarks at. It's just one...
They said in multiple places here it ends at 10.5" http://www.silverstonetek.com/product.php?pid=536
I'm going to go with that - it says you CAN fit up to 11" (leaving just .09 clearance) but even that is with width restriction, and this case is already going to be running warmer than a typical...
4GB is already way more than enough for 1080p... Not to mention that card wouldn't have fit in the case I wanted anyway. They are comparable in performance otherwise, and I got this card for a good $20-30 cheaper than the cheapest 390 I found.
Ah, I don't mind the limited size one bit because...
Why would you go with the R9 390? Also, that is the exact same M.2 board as the one you're thinking of, just OEM. Why do you say the PSU is low quality? It's all 4+ stars anywhere I've seen it, and it's over twice the necessary wattage, so no issues there.
I was watching them when they were back at ~2 and dropping. I would have bought if I had the cash back then, I told my dad to but he chickened out when they dipped and set a sell at 2.25... Oh well lol.
