Juggernaut outfit can't be fully saved as the shirt underneath the Juggernaut Armor is blacklisted, which is why it will be removed from your Character. However, if you are able to remove the shirt under the Juggernaut Armor, then you can save it.

Lester Bounty and Mugger won't work. They are scripted to prevent it being used in certain amounts of time for that player only. And for Lester's Bounty, you can't go around placing multiple bounties until the first one is claimed.
