First team is not bad, second team is 500K (too much)... anyone have other suggestions?

Any team worth 300-350K. It can be BPL, La Liga, Spain, etc. If you want, you can make a hybrid. One thing... if you make a BPL one, the squad must have Hazard. If you make a Brazil one, have Neymar in it. Use a good formation, but nothing too expensive (preferably a 3-5-2). Thanks!
