Well, the pump on my H100i gave in earlier today. I woke up to temperatures of 80 degrees, wondering what the f*** is going on? Felt the CPU block and couldn't feel any vibrations of the pump operating. Checked Corsair Link and the pumps RPM was at a dead zero.

That's their marketing approach. You see brown and beige products, you know it's Noctua. Their NF-F12 fans are some of the best I've ever used. Both quiet and can move a lot of air; but like you said, they aren't the most aesthetically pleasing fans.

Well that's good to hear, I guess. Although you never answered my question - did the card power on at all? Corsair power supplies are very good. If you're on a somewhat strict budget, you could get one in the CX or GS series.
