Hello everyone, it's been a long time since I played GTA IV on console, as I've been playing on PC instead and after coming back to console, I was greatly appalled by the graphics. Unfortunately consoles run graphics much lower than than a PC due to hardware limitations. Consoles actually only display the game in 1280x720 and STRETCH it up to 1920x1080 and they use a lot of terrible shaders and effects to try and hide that, including the terrible frame rate. This is why I've decided I'm going to make a few changes to the games graphical system to make the game a better experience for those that feel the same way.
I've already made a start and made the following changes:

Bloom has been halved
Depth of field has been removed
Ambient lighting reflections on certain objects has been decreased
All speed blur has been removed
All world reflections have been halved
Water reflections have been doubled
Police car light saturation has been increased
Blur between vehicle camera changes has been increased
The post processing effect has been decreased
The view distance has been increased
Vehicles spawn in full detail constantly instead of using LODs
