Remember with a LVL 999 enemies profile you must be host every time you start a game or it will reset!

HOW TO UNLOCK ALL LEVELS IN PLAYTHROUGH 1 + 2.5 WITH LEVEL 999 ENEMIES
-Video of what this tutorial does and also has pre made profiles for each character in description for those of us who aren't proficient at modding.




1. Extract your SaveGame.sav file from within your Save####.sav save
2. Open your SaveGame.sav file into Gibbed's Borderlands 2 Save Editor
3. Go to the "RAW" tab
4. Scroll down to the field named "RegionGameStages"
5. Click the "Collections" text or the Dropdown Arrow beside the "RegionGameStages"
6. Click on what Region you want to edit (in the new window that popped up)
7. Click New
8. Paste in the field Region each of the regions shown below one at a time. To unlock playthrough 2.5 repeat and set the value playthrough index to 1.
9. To set the enemies level (1-999) set each game state value to (1-999)
10. Save your file, then close the Editor
11. Replace/Inject the edited SaveGame.sav file back into your Save####.sav save
12. Rehash/Resign

Does it actually work? Because I've tried this before, just making enemies to level 70, it never worked...

it will trick the game into thinking hlv enemies are valid pt 2.5 enemies

So you delete the mission data then set the region stage levels & the mission data writes it's self.

Wouldn't that reset all your mission progress? Which would make you have to do the entire campaign over again plus some depending on what bosses you wanted to fight.

Wish it was as simple as it used to be before the patch.

could someone please post a game save of this or even a more detailed youtube video on how to do this done on here I've tryed on my own to make this and ran into issues from errors, to no ammo chests, money boxs ect.not there in the game, and to the game state value (1-999) not being able to stick
like hellshock posted the link is down for the save's
