Best language to code an AIO modding program?

If I was wanting to make a modding program that opens up other programs like HxD, Xport etc, which would be the best to do it in?

No, C+- sucks. It's super inefficient and executes like one line of code every second. C-- is the best for this kind of stuff.

You sir, just won joke of the day, I actually laughed out loud when I saw that.

In all seriousness though, C+- would be best. Because it's the opposite of C++. Instead of being object oriented it's subject oriented, this gives you access to new operators like >> which means less than, and << which means greater than. It also gives you access to the awesome ¡ which means equal to, and of course the = which means not equal to.

Also the False boolean variable is replaced with bulls***.
