i think its the weather type - in the first video its sunny in the second its cloudy

Some weather types make it look very colorless. If you want color all the time edit the timecyc for yourself so it's not colorless.

Well i have already edited a timecycle.dat before the patch in july but when i try and put it in the common it say file is larger then entry file and may cause corruption do i continue?

Look at it in notepad and delete some un-needed spaces etc. I'm not sure if the size matters or not, mine have always been smaller.

It probably doesn't matter though.

Its the visual file I use them on mine I would give it to but my labtop broke

Nope. Size of the Timecyc.dat does not matter. :cool:
