Mine is the same way 9 download (paying for 15 :angry: ) and only get like .36 upload

Upgrade you internet speed. Either that or it's maybe something is interfering with the uploading process.

Its normally at 15 mb/s DL and 1 mb/s UL but for some weird reason it started glitching today.

Torrents running?

If nothing on your part, it's probably because the ISP distributes bandwidth equally among the users, so the more users online, the less bandwidth each gets.

Well I am not seeding right now or doing anything with torrents so it's not that. It doesn't seem like my ISP would just take all my upload speed.

unplug any modem or router, wait like 30 seconds plug them back in, it will make a new connection with your ISP, usually give you a new IP address, and reset your speeds.

I tried that last night and it didn't do anything and when I woke up now it's at .65 Mbs so it's significantly better.

That means it at your ISP level. One of their servers must be messed up.
