i had a laptop with 2 users one for me and one for my dad. Well i bought a new laptop and now im passing my old laptop on to my dad. So how do i remove me user account on it?

nah it just comes up with every other option but remove.Go Start>Control Panel>User Account
Now you should be able to remove the account, I'm not sure if that will help you because you didn't state what the laptop runs (Windows, Linux ect).

cheers, for the responce but how do i make my dad the admin and remove the admin from mine?You need to sign in as an Administrator. If you are the Administrator then remove your status, and give it to your Dad's account. Sign in on your Dad's account go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Delete your account. It would be wise to disable your account first.
