F the modchips....this is by far the best way to go.... Super fast boot times. not as much soldering. And now the most of the average person that cannot solder like me that's too shaky can actually do this without damaging x amount of Xboxes in the process cuz he accidentally shaked and knocked something off and he's got a worse of a mess and frustration and have to outsource to somebody else and pay more money than what it's worth in the first place. So like I said F the modchips

Practice makes perfect. Then soldering becomes a good hobby. Fixing stuff, etc.

I am ADHD and on Adderall.... There is no stopping the shakes.... I have lived with this for 20 years.... The less soldering I have to do the better.... Plain and simple.... I have to work around my problems and when the wires needed to be solder gets less.... It's just better for me

Brace your hands against your desk if that is the case to minimize the shakes.

LoL. Been there done that still don't work. that actually makes it worse. I think the point of all this is just less wires to solder which takes me about the same amount of time to solder but realistically less time cuz it's less wires to solder. So coming back to the original post is I'm glad mod chips are not a thing anymore they should not be making as much money off them as they can and or clones or that type of trash that's Hit or Miss that you or i wast money on. Let just move on from this cuz no one wins. I've been dealing with this 20 years

Are you trying to write the ECC? With the new version Octal released, it should just be there to write now!

Hello, friends, happy New Year. I am trying to do rgh3 on my Jasper 256mb console. I followed the tutorial carefully but when I did the step where I write Jasper_10mhz.bin file to the console, the console wouldn't power on at all (whether I press eject or power button). What did I do wrong?

Did you try writing back your original nand to see if it works?

I did that just now, drag and drop nand2 backup copy in "load source" box, then I checked "retail" on the right side of jrunner and then write nand.
Console now powers on but its flashing three red lights and no picture on screen.

I am using 30awg kynar wire, it's very thin.

I've done with Trinity. It's so easy except soldering.
There are two points in my case.
One is the wire must be thin enough or it will be difficult to solder.
Another is if you use MTX SPI NAND flasher v1.0,you need to use MTX USB mode not NAND-X mode
This is my first time to RHG.When it works,I am so exciting, and putting the Xbox back together, the PLL point has broken.
so ,is there any another PLL point ?
The wire I used now is very thin, like hair,if i play game for a long time,This wire will burn out ?
