I have no idea if my XBOX 360 SLIM is an RGH or a JTAG, and i have updated to a new version of the dashboard and now stuck with a black screen. I have figured out its some kind of a failsafe to prevent it, now i am stuck with a XBOX 360 which i absolutely CANNOT flash since i have 0 equipment to do it, nor there is anyone to help me.

Yes, it was able to boot in Xex Menu 1.2 and all the stuff you mentioned. It also has the Xell Reloaded.
If you pushed a dashboard update through Xbox live, unfortunately the console is more than likely bricked.

However, there is a chance if it was not a dashboard update, you may have a bad plug-in and just stuck in a fatal crash boot loop error. Though this might not be the case unfortunately.

There’s a proper way to go about running dashboard updates, here’s a link for a tutorial by Noobert (one of the best console guys I’ve seen).
I believe the way to repair a bricked console is to reflash the nand using a programmer, or you can check the marketplace for someone who can do send in repairs. -should the console...

JTAG is a very outdated method of hacking a console. Pretty much all slims are some form of an RGH. There's a few slim's unexploited even to today.
Do you know if it's a trinity/corona?

Are you sure the console is RGH'd? Did you recently buy it? Tons of unknowns here to determine issue.
Could be bricked, could just be a bad plugin.

Also, what was updated??? How was it updated????

Just to make sure, you did update the console using JRunner correct? If you updated the console using the Xbox dashboard then you would have to have the nand reflashed.

You’re first post mentioned it’s a modded console, are you positive it was modded? Ie it was able to launch xex menu, dashlaunch, etc?
