1. go to a poker table and sit down.

2. invite a friend

3. hold circle and wait in the message to, Leave.

4. your friend accepts the invitation and he has to tell you when he sees
it says Invitation in the bottom right corner.

5. wait about 3 seconds and confirm the message.

6. now you should see the sky and stand again in front of the house at the poker.
at your friend the process invitation disappears at the bottom right and he sees
the sky as well
and then spwant in a solo lobby

7. get invited and you are in a solo lobby that allows max 6 players

Have fun with your friends without griefer

How is this a new glitch? The only difference in this and the old one is the time delay before accepting the prompt to leave.
Should not be posted as a new glitch It should be on the old thread as a workaround.

If you're on PC, just use the legal screen skip mod method. Much easier than all of these other methods and it's stupidly foolproof. Still works as of today.

This method looks to have been patched with the new update. So stupid that R* punish solo lobbies. The funny thing is that this glitch didn't even bother anyone.

Xbox, reports are saying the poker table glitch no longer works on PC or PS either. :frown:
On PSN, I'm getting reports that it is working but it's a little different. I'm waiting for my buddy to log on to check.

Different as in?
Long story short--I'm on PSN and this is the way it was explained to me. Player one is at poker table and sends poker invite to player two. Player two sends player one an invite to his lobby/session. At the same time, player one accepts the invite to player two's lobby/session and player two accepts the invite to the poker table. Player two should get the solo lobby.

Long story--The timing of the above may have to be played with. I'm on PS5 and did it with two different PS4 players so we were getting various results. One time, player two had to wait on a frozen screen (with the revolving cylinder in the corner) for over a minute but it eventually dropped him in a solo. This might not happen if both players have the same console.

One time, player two stayed in the lobby but I (player one) was eventually put into a regular lobby while I was doing a long cinematic ride. Player two just invited me back. So odd things are happening sometimes.

Also, player one may blackscreen after the invite but if player two kills him (they both should have spawned fairly close together), player one will die but recover from the black screen.

And the mtu method still works for me too.

Yes, I'm aware that posting this may get it patched but if you don't post a glitch such as this, what good is it? If you only give it to one or two friends, other players that want to avoid griefers lose and Rockstar wins (and I try to avoid that).

I think that's about as clear as I can make it but let me know if there are questions.

UPDATE: Here's another way (I haven't tried it yet) from a player named UtahRed--

It’s a bit more tedious than exiting, and I’m not sure how well it works on ps4 but essentially:

p1 starts a private poker session and invites p2.

Before p2 accepts the invite, p1 opens their consoles UI, goes to their friends list, and hovers over join friend under p2s gamer tag.

When p2 accepts the poker invite, after processing invite appears on their screen, p1 spams A or X to join friend and skip the alert.

if it doesn’t work the first time, try waiting a few seconds after processing invite appears before p1 starts spamming A or X

Do me a favor if you can--tell me who posted these on YouTube. I don't see them right now and I want to follow whomever posted them. Thanks.

Lord Kayoss

It was posted a month ago but it’s a video of the last method.

His top comment is where I actually learned the new trick from

It is sad that R* always screw over Xbox members with their patches. They did the same with GTA. They should stop being a holes and just offer paid private servers that allow you to do stuff. I'd gladly pay $5.99 to $9.99 a month.

I've not tried this in a while but the original method may still (almost) work.
It was for me long after the "patch". I just don't much play it these days.

Do it as suggested and expect to fail. Then do it again with your roles reversed (friend invites you 1st time then you invite friend the next).
Usually as soon as we'd switched it would work, whichever way around. It sometimes took a third go because timing is important.
