First problem is, my win10 system won't recognise JR Programmer at all.
Second, when plugged into Jasper board its green and red lights are blinking.
Third, but when plugged into Falcon board it blinks with no lights whatsoever.

And it's definitely not driver signature enforcement. I've turned off DSE for like 5 times.

Cable is meant for transferring data, so no problem with that.

Well... Found the solution.
Damned JRPv2 flushed its firmware to the toilet after unknown reason...
Alright, the solution. All you have to do is to put your JRPv2 in Bootloader Mode and then look for USB-Input Device(It was called like that if memory serves me right) in HID section of Device Manager and plug in and unplug it until the YELLOW TRIANGLE AT USB-Input Device disappears. From now on you can reflash your JRPv2...
AND GOD DAMMIT I ORDERED ANOTHER JRPv2 AFTER I THOUGHT IT'S DEAD...
At least I resurrected my Jasper 16mb... And now I have Falcon And Jasper... And Corona(But it's surely dead)...

All the information before and after solution wasn't necessary to be written... But hey let me boast a bit.
Well... Hope that works...

Have you tried reflashing the programmer, through JRunner ?
Put the JR-Programmer into "Bootloader Mode" with the small switch set to "BL" then use JRunner to update the firmware onto the programmer. If that fails to work then it could be a problem with the programmer itself and time to buy a new one.

Yep, I tried. Even though my JR Programmer is recognised by my PC as HID-device when I switch it to BL Mode but it still not showing that it's in BL Mode in JRunner. Simply saying JRunner in its log won't say "Bootloader attached"...
I think so too that it's dead, although I ordered a new one.
The funny thing is that my JR Programmer was finicky from the start. I had to plug in and unplug it many times to make work.
