sounds like the ribbon cable is messed up which in return will somehow mess with the power traces on the ribbon cable or the connection that the cable goes into. its been a minute since I last messed with a slim but I am pretty sure you can take the ribbon cable off and try the disc drive then by the on-screen eject button and see if that fixes it. but send me a video so i can see what it's doing.
i was going to open up the console but im waiting for the tools to arrive and im going to send the video in pm

yeah that does seem strange and i have never seen that happen before but could either be the ribbon cable needs to be cleaned or the disk drive connections are somehow messed up. you can take apart the cover and get to the ribbon cable with just a flat head screwdriver but to get to the actual motherboard requires a Torx set
does t8 or t10 screwdriver works? anyway thank you for the support im going to reply once i got my tools i needed.

without taking it apart just run the console with the power cord unplug any USB drives and HDMI cord then insert the disc. but if the power brick has never been cleaned before same goes for the Xbox then yeah i would take it apart and get all the dust out.
oh i tried unplugging usb drives and hdmi cord and it works it does not shutdown however when i plug the hdmi in it shutsdown and also it has not been cleaned im going to try to clean it next week

check the HDMI port and look for bent pins or just blow in the port. worst comes to worst it would be something on the board that has failed.
theres one bent pin in my hdmi cable but the other port theres no bent pin would that be a problem? should i buy a new hdmi cable?

it could cause a short circuit between the other pins in return the Xbox shuts off to protect its self you could try and bend it back in place and try again otherwise yeah a new HDMI cable. if there is a bent pin on the port on the Xbox you will have to bend it back or worst case is solder a new HDMI on the board.
uhm the pin is to small but how can i bent it back? if i bought a new hdmi would any hdmi cable work?
