So i've been wanting a gaming pc for the longest time and i decided the best way for me to commit to it was make a plan and stick to it so I don't get distracted, now my plan has fallen and I own 3 parts to my computer and I have no idea what to get for the others my budget for the other parts which are the GPU, PSU, MOBO, and RAM is around 300 USD- to 375 USD
The parts I already have in my possession are:
- AMD Ryzen 3 2200g (AM4 socket)
-Cougar MX330 ATX Middle tower
- 500gb SATA/16mb cache Western Digital Blue HDD
One thing if possible to prevent, is needing to BIOS the MOBO. This is my first build and I'd rather not have to do it but if so then be it.
EDIT: also I know there are some extra stuff that needs to be done for it to be able to connect to Wi-FI if that can be worked into the budget that would be nice

Lets me start with getting the idea of what kind of games you would like to run with this PC.. Something big like Total War: Three kingdoms, thats a huge ram sucker, So If its something that big I know you would need 16-30gb of ram.. Reading off the specs here for this board, it looks to be 2 memory channels at 2993Mhz, It looks like you could put two 8gb DDR4 on this board as both run at a total of 2400Mhz each.. What I do not know is if that 2993 is a total that only the mother board itself can run.

Moving on, A Nice Power supply that could fit your budget, I cannot imagine if you want a huge sucking power supply of 1000 watts.. so 650 should be good, which is a EVGA 600W ATX Power Supply which is around 59.99$

As for these other things, Lets figure all of this out first before moving on, never know if the 600w will be enough at this phase.

So games that I love and would like to run on it are games as GTA V, Just Cause 3, Dying Light, and I want to be able to run Fallout 4 with a couple mods if possible.

Would you prefer liquid Cooled or fan cooled?

Alright so Understanding as much as I can figure here, These parts should get the job done, The Graphics card is the priciest things here buttttt, As far as I see we are still in your budget. Coolings a big thing though that would need to be fit into the budget somehow.

DDR4 Ram: 2x Ballistix Sport LT Gray 8GB DDR4-3000 UDIMM - 39.99$
Power Supply: EVGA 600W ATX - 59.99$
Graphics Card: XFX Radeon RX 580 GTA Black Edition 1405Mhz 8gb - 189.99

Total: 289.97

(I was unable to really find how much the Graphics card pulls for watts, I am sure its not to much as your board runs 65W)

Assuming since you only have the processor, We need to find you a suitable motherboard. That would determine our cooling system just a bit more.

If you do have a board, What is it? This is something I should've asked in the beginning as I read it as you already have a board or just have a processor
