Hi all, made an account to ask a few questions. I have purchased an Xbox One X XDK (Scorpio Dev Kit) from a Buy/Sell website in my country, it is complete in the box with manuals, controller, promo leaflets and all cables including the data transfer box, even down to the internal packaging of all these items. The console can be used as a standard Xbox One X or as a Dev Kit (obviously you need access to the Dev Network for this), the option of choosing either mode is given on startup. It has 24Gb of Ram and a 1TB 'Development' SSD on top of the 1TB HDD, and a front facing OLED screen. There is good info on google about them.

My question is about value? I have seen maybe 2 in private hands, some vague unboxing video on Youtube and a google images search relating to one for sale in Stockton? USA. I am not looking to keep this, looking to sell, but where would be the best marketplace for it? There are a few 360 Dev Kits for sale on eBay as well as other consoles, would that be the best area for it and what kind of value does anyone believe this has? It is obviously rare, and piece of gaming history, so i'm not blind to what i have, but what is a good asking price?

Edit - I posted this in the 360 XDK thread for more coverage, any Admin can remove that post if it is the wrong section.

Due to the specs and all; it could probably go for 700 and above. Interesting that it asaks for which mode you'd like. Very odd.

I've seen OG Xbox kits unboxed on eBay for over 1K so i'm assuming this has to be worth a bit more. As a collectors item it is rare, but to be able to use it as a 'glorified' xbox one x too makes it much more useful. I might just stick it on eBay with a reserve and see how it gets on. At the end of the day it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it, but if it's too cheap, i'll keep it in the collection.

You're right, it's just that I've came across the same kit for $850. Personally, I'd put it on bidding at 900-1000. Also, the code name that we found was "Chuckwalla".

Anaconda is Scarlett developer kits.

Thanks! Good starting point, i'd take $1000, so start the bidding around $750 and maybe set a reserve to cover myself. It'll go on tomorrow after i work out global shipping costs, this thing weighs WAY more than the standard One X and the box is huge.

Yeah, it's pretty neat though. Hope it finds a good home.

I have one of these sitting in my closet. Friends gave it to me before he moved out of the country.
