So I’m planning on duping a bunch of cars today but wanted to this as safely as possible as I need custom plates.

I currently only have one custom plate I can choose from when customizing vehicles and it is already on my Issi. Can I begin duping about 30 of those Issi’s? Or do I need SEVEN custom plates so that all my 7 daily sales are done with different plates before the car+plate history is reset after 30 hours

First check if the dupe you are using produces “clean” or “dirty” plates.
If it produces clean numbered plates you need not worry about custom plates. If it produces dirty identical numbered plates then you need to start with at least one custom plate.
Granted it has been found in the code that your last seven sales are recorded but so far there has been no positive or negative results concerning this particular bit of data.
Going forward you can probably get by with a few custom plates. If you want to be overly careful then by all means put different plates on each dupe.
I happen to be of the opinion that it could be a lot of work for no reason.

It unfortunately makes dirty dupes :frown:
So you think even if i sell 7 issi's a day with the same CUSTOM plate ill be fine? Thats awesome.
I'll be taking the easy way out and sticking to one plate since im PC. Worst case scenario ill join money lobbies again. Kinda just want to dupe for fun and have some backup money if i ever get reset or cant join money lobbies for whatever reason... plus it can lowkey be fun sometimes.

You should be fine with the one plate but it can’t hurt to throw a couple of others in the mix.
I think seven separate plates my be overkill but by all means if it makes you more comfortable then do it.

Do i just need to make sure i change the plates before selling? As in I can dupe all 30 with the original custom plate, then randomly change each of them using a few other plates before selling? or do i somehow have to change them before duping

Yes that should work as well.
No need to put a different plate on the car each time you dupe.

So I’m not exactly sure where I went wrong in my selling process, but I’m pretty sure I went from no limit at all, to only being able to sell three. Is it possible to jump levels? Also, if I want to raise my limit, is it okay to sell one every day, or do I have to not sell any vehicles?

Do any of your cars have duplicate numbered plates?
Have your custom plates been locked?
Have you sold 3 or more cars in a two hour period repeatedly?
Try and figure out wether you have dirty dupes or not before you continue to sell.
Once you figure that out you may need to dupe or save over the dirty cars with fresh vehicles.
Then you need to follow the procedure to decrease your exploit level.
You can find the information to do so in the OP in the spoiler that is marked accordingly in conjunction with that topic.

How do I check the plates of a maxed out Issi? I can’t find any plates. And I didn’t sell 3 in a two hour period. I keep track of when I sell them in my notepad. I also haven’t made any custom plates before.

  • Go into the mod shop with a duplicated Issi.
  • Go to weapons/ secondary weapons.
  • Hover over none and you can see your plate.
  • Write the plate number down.
  • Repeat the process with a different dupe.
  • Check to see if you have the exact same plate.
  • Check all of your most recent dupes for the same plate.
  • If they are all duplicate plates you will need to Dupe cars with custom plates over them or save over them with free Elegys.
  • You can also try the current solo RC to car merge to clean them: https://www.se7ensins.com/forums/th...-car-casino-dlc.1771940/page-86#post-14049894
  • I believe that when you drive out of the arena with the freshly merged vehicle it will change your plate to a random plate.

Okay, So I checked the plates and they’re all different.

Can a car which produces clean dupes suddenly produce dirty dupes? Without me making a mistake and changing the way I dupe?

And another question which might be stupid but can I sell the issis in the arena war workshop. Cuz atm im taking em to LS custom and selling em there. Was afraid to sell in my arena lol

The car doesn’t produce dirty dupes.
The glitch you use does that.
You need to be aware if the glitch you are using requires custom plates or not.
You can sell dupes anywhere just don’t sell them too quickly or sell too many of them.

Okay thanks, yeah I know bout the selling limits. Im only selling 2 max 3 a day anyways and not quickly... Always several hours between sells.
Makes selling easier now cuz I can sell directly from my arena garage ^^

Im on ps4 and using the moc. Til now every dupe is clean for me.

Alright, so it’s been well over a month since I’ve lost access to my license plates after being flagged.

Recently, I sold an extra car I had, and I now have access to my plates again.

What’s the scenario here? How did I regain access?

Could that car have been the last of a set of dirty dupes?
That could be why your plates came back. All of the cars with dirty plates are gone.

It was a clean car, neither dupe or frozen-money bought.
Have you been merging using the RC?
Maybe you merged over cars with duplicate plates.
For some strange reason my custom plates are considered dirty on some of my cars. My custom plates are in the car but when I go to the mod shop with those particular cars there aren’t any custom plate options. Strangely enough when I then re-merged those cars with my RC that has my custom plates they were cleaned and the options for my plates came back. Is it possible anything like that is going on with your cars?

I haven’t. This was a car I decided to buy when the DLC came out to complete a Coil Collection in my garage.

I sold it because I had already owned the car. Next thing I knew, I was on the mod shop to tweak with the Thrax and my plates came back.

I had no access to them on any of my cars, even clean cars, since getting flagged. Selling the extra Raiden I had done something.
