I use the search function to see if there's a similar thread but the only one I could found is: https://www.se7ensins.com/forums/th...-much-money-do-you-have-in-gta-online.998346/
issi2.jpg

So my questions for you guys are:
  1. How much money did you make from car sales?
  2. How much real live money would that be if you bought that amount of money with SharkCards?
  3. What's your total account value in GTA$ and in real life money?
  4. Have you ever bought a Shark Card?
  5. What's your average profit per hour?
My answers:
  1. $1.5 billion GTA Dollars
  2. €14.060 ($18.748) Real life money:woot:
  3. GTA$ 2.085.000.000 / €19.544 ($26.059)
  4. No, I like glitching too much:happy:
  5. Average on main account is 2.4m per hour!

GTA$ Converter

Dollar formula = "GTA$" / $8.000.000 x $99.99 = Real life money in $
Euro formula = "GTA$" / $8.000.000 GTA$ x €74,99 = Real life money in €
Pound formula = "GTA$" / $8.000.000 GTA$ x £64.99 = Real life money in £

Total account value formula
Expenses + Banked money + Dupe value = Total amount of cash in account (I used this one)
or
Total value of cars, properties, weapons, upgrades + Dupe value = Total amount of cash needed to rebuild account
A = Figure out all the highest cost properties possible, maxed, and total it out (one amount for everything, yacht, facility, NC, 6 best Apts, etc. Would throw MOC, Avenger, TB in here).

B*x = Avg price/normal cars, maxed*Normal cars owned (Make something up, but would go off a Super that is median high priced, and then add costs for max upgrades).

C*x = Same as B but for higher priced specialized cars (Deluxo, Ruiner, MKII, Arena vehicles, etc)

D*x = Same as B and C but for aircraft.

E*x = Dupe value*amount stored (unique variable).

F = Current Cash (unique variable)

So,
Total Real $ value =([A + (B*x) + (C*x) + (D*x) + (E*x) + F]/$8mil)*$100.

Where:
A, B, C, D are each one estimated set $ amount in the calc and x is multiplier dependent on user. E, F are unique $ amounts dependent on user.

I use this one too boost my car sales

Hey Joopie, so my real life $ amount comes to (only) approximately $3,775 in car sales alone. Less than I thought.

However...this alone, if you don't mind me expanding on this topic, gets more interesting if we try to factor in the value of our account in real life $'s. Hard to to do, but quick est for me, if simplifying Total Legitimate Owned Assets to just be equal to Expenses, than:

Total Acc Value = Expenses + Cash on Hand + Dupes sale value = $7,612.

So in short, even with all my assets, still less than $1 billion in game (or $12,500 real life). Quick math here, so could have made a a mistake, but this should be decent est.

I accidentally posted this in the other topic...not sure how to delete. If you are a mod, feel free to delete it.

i got about 300 mill in car sales. in shark cards thats $3,750. i didnt factor in my apt glitches which banked me 800 mill. its about $10,000 in shark cards. for me i love the apt glitches cause it goes right into your account and you can do them as much as you want. before i knew of the glitches i probably spent about $300 in real cash buying shark cards. thats over time and not all at once. i started doing glitches in 2015 so about 1 and 1/2 years i bout cards to the tune of $300. when i seen i wasnt getting nowhere with the cards i felt i was wasting money youtube became my best friend for gta. i got 1 bill made and 1 bill spent and still dont have all the arena cars. i got about 240 duped issis between both characters thats another $5,000 in shark cards. got 40 mill in the bank so thats another $500 in shark cards. they cant expect for people to spend all that money on shark cards. they are waaay to expensive. instead of 8 mill they should give people 80 mill but they want you to keep buying and buying. theyve made the most money in microtransactions for a video game so it must be alot of people buying alot of shark cards still.
Total value in shark cards = $19,250

Sooo fun fact, PS3 days, I duped and 'retired' pretty rich (for those days). Transferred my account over tho before it ended. I played legit, earning my way back into things. Mostly vehicle I/E. Then I bought $50 card to take advantage of a sale for something I needed at the time, BUT purchase went through 2x. I argued in a detail email this was obviously an error (lost the 1mil bonus of a straight $100 card). Neither Sony or R* would do anything. Soooo legit grinding immediately went out the window after that. Lost $1mil, gained a half a dozen 100mil tho.

For what its worth, I am OK with having spent $100 (+ $120 on PS3 and PS4 base) for amount of content they have added. But I was so freaking pissed at the time. Its also funny how little $1mil is to me now. Like I just blew $17mil on Arena stuff cause of OCD to fill out 1 of the garages.

Correct me if I'm getting you wrong but expenses include car sales money right?

If I take the amount of total cash earned (cash + car sales + earned from jobs etc.) + current dupe value (number of dupes stored in garages x 1.7m) wouldn't that be close to the total account value?

But I'm not sure how frozen money etc are counted.

I will do some math when I'm back home but I already can say that I saved a lot of money last year because I started to play GTA on ps4 in august 2018. (After 3 years playing a modded 10b account on ps3)

Never have bought a single shark card but I'm very lucky to have some good friends who like to play Act II:biggrin:

I used exp's as a quick assumption for legitimate purchases (properties mainly, weapon, etc, and non-duped cars) however it would include trivial amounts like ammo probably too. Would have to really figure out properties and non duped vehicles to get accurate.

Also, for my amount I meant Cash on hand, not a stat*, but actual Cash I have currently. So those 2 amount (Exp's + current cash) + Dupe values in garages got me to my $7,612 amount.

*Using stat of Total Cash Earned + Dupe values in garages may be easiest est. tho. And I think it would be almost the same as the way I backed into mine. Never did Frozen $/Apt sales so not sure how that affects stats. Another issue for either of our methods alone, if you are like me, you wasted tons of $ after getting rich by swapping properties, cars, OCD wastefulness, etc, so some significant chunks of 'value' in those amounts no longer exists on account.

To your other point tho, I can't fathom car sales being wrapped up in Exp's as for me, they are both in the $300mil range, which would mean ALL other exp's I have would be < 100mil and that can't be possible if properties are included in it.

I will use both ways on my accounts (3) tonight to see if we can get some reliable numbers:wink:

Ha go for it. Check my edit on a factor I just added after you already replied.
Edit from quoted post:

Added here in case thread picks up, and its not in your quoted post. Honestly tho - not sure we can get very accurate off stats alone without really digging to determine how glitches affect things also. At that point, probably easier to determine max value of all properties, a base avg for maxed cars ($3-4 mil maxed maybe), then just add in current cash and stored dupes. Btw I get 1.75 for my Issi's. And OCD made me put 60 in all gold at Maze bank. Rest are based off my OG Issi colors. Still, both get 1.75

So true...
I guess that I a least changed my bunker location a dozen times, just to get the shortest travel times while glitching and back to paleto bay to help out low levels with GCTF

So something like:
Total account value = cost to re buy cars, properties, upgrades + current balance + stored dupe value

I too, love duping lol It's what has kept me in the 1% all these years and still able to buy/do whatever I please on day one of every update or basically just any time that I log in. $623.3M in car sales so that breaks down to roughly $7,790 IRL money if I'm doing it right. Correct me if not cause I'm sh*t at math.

That's not including the billions I've earned and spent from DNS modding waaaaaay back in the early days of GTA Online. All of that got taken away along with a month ban and half of my rank slashed in half, but it was 100% worth it imo lol That sh*t was so fun, robbing a store or killing a civilian and the game dropping me hundreds of millions or even billions at a time. Then I would share most or all of it with the entire lobby lol I've also made hundreds of millions off of other glitches outside of car duping but there's just too many of them to list off here.

All in all, I love this game if you can't tell, and am really looking forward to the Casino update. Been waiting for something more high-life/classy themed for a couple of years now and I hope they continue supporting Online for at least another year or two; before news of GTA VI starts to roll around because I'm set with money to blow.

So something like:
Total account value = cost to re buy cars, properties, upgrades + current balance + stored dupe value
So not sure how far you want to go with this, but the simplest way to get pretty close - for ONLY people like us who guaranteed have all properties maxed - is minimize interchangeable variables and get set avg's for others. So:

And good luck on bring more users who own less into it lol. Gonna need a spread sheet.

Hahaha I just finished editing the OP and added average profit per hour.

We are definitely on the same page but it will be a lot of work to get al the right numbers.

I just started a new account so it would be easy to get the right numbers for the properties, using avg for vehicles is a smart way to speed up the process.

Your formula is mind blowing, damn good work

Lol, I work in accounting, so figuring out this stuff is the name of the game usually, and at way higher levels. But if I get on computer today, I have to actually work.

Btw, forgot Pegasus vehicles in that formula...but eh. Not even sure those matter, unless you put one in Hangar, then they get counted with aircraft. (And then there is clothes and weapons). Too much to figure out!

Ditto on hopes for Casino. But not holding breath. Like...I think it would be cool for $100mil option to buy Resort (like a Land equivalent of Yacht). I like the Yacht, its my spawn and like looking out like a boss knowing I own more **** than the rest in session when I start or leave. Its useless except if you are rich, but now its way more common. They could still keep Casino/Heists/Property or whatever they are doing with update obtainable to the base.

Also want high stakes poker. Like $100k/200k blinds. I know these things aren't likely tho.

I made $1,467,564,275 selling cars. I just hit 1billion cash in my pocket today hopefully thats enough for the new casino update

It’s pretty interesting to look at all the stats of how many times ive died or money earned from being a good sport

Damn man. Some real overkill, just my totals are still under that. I own everything, and got a few 100mil in storage and 90mil cash, I still think that will be enough for the games life now. Props on the efficient 'grinding'

Believe it or not but the last time I duped cars for money was on the PS3. If I remember correctly, I’ve made arround 50mil witch should be arround 625$ real money.

I was in the same realm as you, and only had done it back on PS3 days. I have a story I posted near top of page about a shark card incident that changed that (and dramatically changed how much 'value' my account has now).
