The key seems to be getting an arena vehicle out past some magical boundary on the map. I'm wondering if other methods might also work. Cargobob? Although that might take two people if someone needs to be in the arena vehicle. Tugboat? You could easily cargobob an arena issi onto the boat and head for the edge of the map. But maybe the magic boundary is only crossable in the air? Is that what 33,000 meters refers to, altitude? I wasn't sure from the OP.
I was wondering the same thing myself, can it be done with other ways of getting an arena vehicle out over the boundary

Thinking more about it, the real key is probably that, for whatever reason, the arena vehicle can keep hopping after it gets destroyed. The tug and the cargobob can't get past that point. Still, a cargobob might possibly be able to carry you out to the destruction point. Then you wouldn't have to stunt hop very far, or very well for that matter, to get glitched out.

But now I'm wondering what it is about arena vehicles that allows them to survive. Is it a property that can be applied to other vehicles (like the Deluxo) inside the arena workshop?

So I tried with Issi and could shunt hop, but couldn't control it. I saw a video that says Sasquatch is the best car to use, but when I use it, it doesn't let me shunt when I'm sideways. I can only shunt when I'm parallel to the ground. Am I doing something wrong?

Update: So for some reason I can lean right and shunt left, but I cant lean left and shunt right.
Link to the vid you saw?

Stay in a lazer. Fly diagonal se from airport toward where yankton should spawn. Make sure you are as high up as possible. The jet will fall apart continue trying to keep it airborne and heading in the sw direction. Stay in the jet when it hits the water. You should glitch the same. Now ewo and continue with op steps. (Havent tested myself but have nearly made it to the invisible wall at the end this way before)
This will tell for sure if its the arena vehicles attempting to pull the race arena up causing this of if its just the out of bounds causing it.

Got thrown out of jet way before it hit the water. Like a few seconds after it started falling apart. Tried to parachute some. Got thrown out of parachute and fell rest of way to water.

Even if you got far enough without an arena car it probably wouldn’t break the job markers. A while ago I had a friend get in the vehicle with me while I stunt hopped the job markers disappeared for me but not for him. I think the car getting destroyed is a key part of how it works.

When I refer to 33m I mean distance I used the map to see how far I was from a random player on the map.
If your settings are on metric it will be 33,000meters before the jobs disappear. If your not though it will be around 110,000feet before they disappear.
