Every time I tried to change the timing file on my Ace v3 chip J runner gives me the
0x0002 Error ?

How can I fix this ?

Also everytime I tried to change the file the led on the chip disappears

Is my Ace Chip mess up ?

Another thing I notice there’s a lot of fake Ace chips out there .. can that be the problem I order one and I think I got the fake one where can I get the real one coming from US soil

you may insert your cable wrong way, upside down or whatever. because pins for programing don't have slot, so you can insert in wrong side.

OP if you take the smooth side of your programming cable and place it so the smooth side s in then apply a small amount of pressure when flashing the timing file to the chip. You need to be careful with fakes as they can toast the cpu and kill your xbox :frown: That has happened to me
For as far as buying from a us supplier you can get them from TheWeekendModder pre-programmed for a few extra bucks

Spot fakes from real:

Please also note that the fakes may look the same to the real with the r22 and D point but the chip will be black

Where can I buy real Glitch chips in US soil ???
Short answer: sorta, both the original and the fakes are produced in china with the amount of fakes flying about atm, your probally better off buying a coolrunner rev C/D, REV D's are clones but work very well as seen here:

I have never had a issue with rev c's on a rgh 1.2 install
i did find this link here:http://www.modchips.co.nz/modding-tools/6-x360-ace-v3.html
And the chip looks legit but have never orded from them as i'm from the uk

Thanks for the info my guy one last question what chip would you recommend me for a Corona V3 ? Or should I just go for the CR4XL chip ?

Or go with a Matrix or Ace ?
i've heard good things about both chips if i was doing a corona i'd use a cr rev D or a cr4xl with the amount of fake ace's around atm i'd avoid them at the moment
Matrix chips require 32awg/kynar wire

But coolrunners are far less hassle you program the chip as it has the programming headers unlike acev3/matrix -_- and solder the chip
