Hello, I have a falcon rgh and i when i try to boot it up it wont show up on my tv so it doesnt load fully. I think there is a problem with my hdmi port. I have used multiple hdmi cords and different tvs and it still wont boot fully.

Any ideas on a fix? Thanks

Are you using JRunner? Or anything that might cause issues?
It also might be a good idea to post more information. Like is it starting up to the point where the intro plays?

Try using an AV cable if you've got that. If that doesn't help then I guess check your soldering on the glitch chip?

Did you buy this RGH or did you RGH it yourself?

It doesnt show anything on the screen at all my tv says no signal. Thats why i think something is wrong with the HDMI port.

I would try AV cables before jumping to anything crazy. If that doesn't work well your gonna have to check the solder points.

Reset the console display settings
If the display problem is still not resolved, reset the display settings of your console. Here's how:

  1. Remove any discs from the disc tray.
  2. Turn off the console.
  3. Turn on the console.
Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller. Make sure that you use the player 1 controller when you do this. The player 1 controller will have the upper-left light illuminated.

  4. As the console starts, on the controller, press and hold Y while pulling the right trigger. The display settings are reset to the default settings, and then the console automatically restarts.

BTW, do your console even do green ring boot animation? Or ring indicator show connected controller?

Did you try booting Xell by powering the console on with the eject button?

yes and nothing shows up on my screen. i definitely think the hdmi port is ****ed

Try without any cables, it should give you full red ring (NO AV cable error).

Correction, it doesn't give red light. I have just tested with my falcon rgh 1.2. It simply turns off after some time.

Update: Even with AV cables it wont boot. Like the three rings do not show up on the LEDs, tv says no signal. Xell wont even show.
