What did you think it was?
It could have been a hardware/software mod.
All I wished for was that the thread had the word case in the subject title.
I'm not mad just sad.
It seems that the title was adjusted accordingly some time ago.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Good work but that look like a simple task...a square case I would have done something different to that since everyone can make 1 I like doing other case that no one has made

Thanks guys I kept this one simple as I wanted to make a tutorial for the channel. Next up is a full custom themed Xbox One S, so that will involve so much more work.

Can you tell me a good 12v point to draw power from? All the points I've drawn from keep the lights on even when the console is off.

The 12V are instant on , you need to buy leds with a remote , our have a outside switch to shut the power off 100% when you are not playing

Where are you soldering onto to power your LED's? I haven't been able to find anything online as far as images or videos go. If you could take a picture for me that would be great, the constant power doesn't bother me as I intend on using a remote controlled LED

Are you trying to supply from the motherboard?

Yes either from the motherboard or from the actual power supply. I think motherboard would be easier
I would say just get one with an external power source to make it easier on you. I haven't been able to find a diagram with a 12V power point on the S, so that's something to keep in mind.

Best place to get 12 volts is off the motherboard. I've nodded my xbox with leds and led fan
