If it's Windows 10 that's actually causing the problem, you'll be notified with a pop-up that the application can't be run on your OS.My RTM tool (Imperium) that worked before on Windows 10 now won't open at all. No all the dll files are still there. I've tried just about everything I could think of to get it working. I searched Google for hours and hours tried restoring my computer to an earlier point. I think it had something to do with a forced windows update which I cannot uninstall because it re-installs automatically. Even when I tried to go back to an earlier update it still wouldn't work anyway. Since i'm sure that's not happening as you would've known the problem, Do you have AV installed that's removing the DLL files? Some DLL files can be removed due to them be detected as dangerous. These are needed to run the tools.
Idk why it doesn't even give me an error message or anything. Maybe the Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7 is incompatible with the tools. Since its integrated into the windows 10 update there is no way to uninstall and re-install the older 4.6.2 version.If it's Windows 10 that's actually causing the problem, you'll be notified with a pop-up that the application can't be run on your OS.

Hmm, The .Net Framework shouldn't be the problem if you're on either the required version or above, It was working prior to the windows update before?Idk why it doesn't even give me an error message or anything. There is no way to rollback 10 days after the update.Hmm, The .Net Framework shouldn't be the problem if you're on either the required version or above, It was working prior to the windows update before?
As you've said;
Have you turned off automatic updates & then attempted to re-roll the update back?

did you ever find a fixMy RTM tool (Imperium) that worked before on Windows 10 now won't open at all. No errors just nothing happens. Anyone else having this issue and fixed it? please help me figure this out. Thanks for reading.
No. Certain programs won't work anymore because they are just outdated. The constant updates on Windows 10 sometimes make older programs incompatible.did you ever find a fix
