My friend James was over my house and he didn't know what he was doing and he went into simple 360 nand flasher and I guess he used it off of my USB and it had my Jaspers nand on it and I think he accidentally wrote the nand to my Trinity Dual nand now when I boot the RGH side nothing happens but blinking lights. How do I fix I dont have a backup of the nand but I can connect to Jrunner if needed

I'm just quite confused on how your "friend" managed to do all that when he had no idea what he was doing in the first place and without you noticing.
Anyways, very easy fix just check this tutorial

So I don't need the Matrix or JR and how would I go about doing this sorry I am totally new I have never had a dumb person do this
Here's a make-shift guide from the top of my head:
  1. Install the Demon Toolbox program on your PC, and plug in the Demon so that it can install the driver.
If you run into an error while installing the driver, you'll need to disable driver signature enforcement - Which you can find on Google.
  2. Plug the USB Mini connector from the back of the Xbox and the other end to your PC.
  3. Download this version of J-Runner - [Click here to view this link] - Virus Scan
It will still say Connection Error, but that doesn't matter.
  4. Make sure that the Demon Icon is shown in J-Runner.
If it isn't, then you didn't install the driver correctly.
  5. In the top bar, click on DemoN > Toggle Nand.
Make sure it says Switching to DemoN.
The Demon's Chip on the back of your console will be blue.
  6. Hit on Read Nand, and it'll compare the two reads.
Make sure it says Nands are the same.
  7. On the top right, make sure Glitch2 is selected, and hit Create ECC*.
    Once created, hit Write ECC.
  8. Once it's done, boot up the Xbox and it should boot directly into Xell.
Get the CPU Key and type it into the CPU Key box.
  9. Under Dash Version, select 17511, hit Create XeBuild Image, and hit Write Nand.
MAKE SURE YOU ARE WRITING IT TO THE DEMON
As long as the light on the chip is blue, it means the Demon's Nand is selected - So you are good.
Once you finish that, you should be good to go.

Your Reading The RGH Nand, You Must Read Your Retail Nand From The Retail Side.

After You Do That Then Switch To Your RGH Side

Click Create Ecc After That Click Write Ecc

You Will Then Boot Console And Get Cpu Key From Xell (Disconnect USB From Demon Before Powering On)

After You Get Cpu Key And Enter It On Jrunner Click Create Nand Make Sure Dash 17511 Is Selected And RGH2 As Well After Your Create Image Plug In Demon Again And Click Write Nand.
