I've noticed that in the new update my rocket voltic has a 3 second recharge. Any other changes?
Rockstar uses a long time to post the patch notes, and I'm wondering if any of the other special cars are worth it.

They deleted cop outfits, The Rusty Ruiner, and the Brickade. I don't understand the cop outfit thing? Why do they care if we have cop outfits?

They didn't delete any of these. The update just breaks your glitched items. The cop outfit is not an outfit you actually have so it drops it. The ruiner does not come in the rusty state so it reverts. And the Brickade is actually a blacklisted vehicle so no real idea why it has stored for people in the past but obviously when they update it kicks the brickade out of your garage.
Rockstar loves to be funny with these types of things. If they were actually seeking out your brickade it would totally let you drive it out then explode. It just has to do with what part of the game is updated as to whether or not these things revert.

Well, if that's the case, why can't you simply store another, given the opportunity? Why can't we still store the Go Go Monkey Blista? Rockstar most certainly do remove things in updates, to believe it's all just some happy accident is ridiculous.

All I've noticed: PC mods don't work as of right now :frown:
Thats a given, when R* push out a new large update it always comes with security patches. Dont worry, your mods will probably be working again in a few days.

Im 99.99% sure the recharge time is for the races. i just finished my race and yes it is shorter and its probably to help out in the races. Those races are awesome.

Reports are that the cop outfit can't be saved any longer, and as far as it being dropped simply because of an update itself, nah.. because I've had them saved through numerous previous updates. Strange, though, that I still have invisible and checkerboard components.. and the dunce hat.
The Ruiner3... if I'm not mistaken, it's been out since before the last update.
Brickade- it would fall in the same category as the Dune- a Pegasus vehicle. I still have my Dunes in my garages, though.. and the Dune and Brickade both have been out since before at least 1 or 2 previous updates.

I hear you guys but you misunderstand.
Patching a software bug that allows this to happen is completely different than removing items stored.
They did not remove any of these items. They do not normally store so they revert when an update occurs. They do patch bugs in their game though, which is why you are now unable to save them.
As for the cop outfit there is a reason for you not having it right now. That is the same reason you cannot have the cop cars right now. (Right now being the key words)
As many of the glitch finders know, these outfit glitches and other non profiting glitches can be twisted and turned into duplication glitches pr double payment glitches. These clothing glitches also have the adverse effect of users entering a mission to only have the opposite team leave it midway just to save an outfit. That is not fair to the average gamer that their gameplay is cut short due to someone trying to save an outfit they shouldnt have to befin with. People get mad at us when they should be apologizing to the other gamers they take advantage of. Just an FYI there would be no complaints about glitched clothing if those that use missions to store them would simply play that mission instead of quit.
Now I am rambling. Anyway, thats all I have to say about this.

Lol, I hear you too- but glitches that allow us to store them, patched or not, are irrelevant. The actual clothing components for the cop outfits are now unsaveable. They do remove items, or rather, they add items to 'the blacklist.'
Same with the Brickade and Ruiner3. If they simply revert when there's an update, then why didn't any of these revert or disappear with the last few updates? The cop outfit's been saveable since idk when, and the Brickade since June or July last year.. and also, why didn't the Dunes disappear? Sounds like a half-assed job of trying to remove items declared as "unfair" by bedwetting support site wieners...
Mind you- I'm not arguing with you, just thinking aloud.

Lol, I'll bet you before the next update someone figures out how to store the cop outfit.
The dune is simply not storeable, the brickade is blacklisted and has always been. Which is why its really an anomaly as to why it stored in the first place. The ruiner3 is fruit of a mod menu and also not a variant from online freemode and should have reverted in prior updates. Oh who am I kidding? We're coming after every one of you little bastards....lol (thats a joke BTW)

With the cop outfit, if the clothing components are blacklisted, they will not be able to be saved anymore, ever. That's all I'm saying; there's still glitches that work today that allow you to bring the outfit out of the job, but the outfit itself will not save.
The definition I use for 'blacklisted' is "a vehicle, clothing, or a weapon that can't be stored in inventory." That would mean the Brickade and Ruiner3 were not blacklisted before; but they are now. The fool that was typing in these changes this time may have overlooked the Dune, or else this person was on our side and trying to not rain too heavily on everyone's parade! Lol. Maybe it was the same Rockstar guy that didn't add these vehicles to the black list in the first place.
