I want to know the difference between each psp and what you can do on each with a CFW and what psp is best for playing emulators and free games?

The models aren't really all that different, besides the fat and slim. They're all equally easy to put CFW on. There really isn't a 'best'.

As what Zelk Zelk said there is not much of a difference, but you want to get the 2000 or the 3000. They both have very good battery life but the 3000 has a slightly different screen that saves on battery life just a little more.

No difference really I'd get the psp3000 £40 or the PSP go £25. No difference in cfw works on all. Only different PSP is the E1000 I think. It has no wifi

-The 1000 is bigger and heavier, seems to have a bad failure rate and has a matte black finish, with a lower resolution and less ram. Most hackable and can be repaired easily with a pandora's battery.
-The 2000 Is overall good but lacks pandora battery support on most revisions. updated screen and a bit more ram.
-The 3000 Has the best screen and most ram (Might have the same ram as 2000).
All easily hackable, But the later models are screwed if you brick them (Not easy, Just dont be a idiot)

Overall just buy a 2000 or 3000 if your buying it nowadays for emulators.

Yep 2000 or 3000 for emulation is better and even the PSP go straight forward to downgrade/hack for emulation

I used to have a 2000, never had any problems with CFW on it, just gotta be careful not to brick it, I don't know of anyway to actually fix that.

I bricked my 2000 back in the day, and then bought a 1000 which failed soon after and haven't bought one since... Although I may pick up a 3000 soon.
