Hello, today I have attempted to JTAG a jtaggable Falcon console, however I ended up burning out the two small points, and now the console will not power on. I have attempted to install my jr programmer, in order to read the nand but this does work and the lights do not flash when power is connected, so I am assuming the board is not receiving power at all. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Let's see some pictures of the damage.

Those points are definitely goners.
Only way you're gonna fix them, is by revealing the trace and fixing them that way.

But if you couldn't do those normal points, I definitely would not recommend trying to do that.
It's my only option, otherwise the console will just remain unable to turn on forever. At lest this way there's a chance.

But, would these points being broken stop the console from powering on entirely?

Man you f*@#ed that thing up, I hope you don't have anything important on that console. This is how my first attempt went and I only use that for parts now, sorry for your loss.

I dont think youd be on that list.

I don't repair consoles. I RGH the consoles. I do not repair the consoles, so I am not on that list. Thanks for your consideration though. I wasn't even talking about me. My thread does not have repairs on it, so I don't offer them.

Get yourself a scourer not wire wool just a fabric scourer and scrub the area gently to clean things up maybe a drop of turps/mentholated spirits can't see much right now so hard to tell how messed up things are.

If there are not other points damaged solder to the alternative point on the botton of the board.

Hi, I didn't try it because the trace is totally broken on the point, do you know how I could fix this in particular?

Its not a trace its a through-hole, basically a dot of solder connected to nothing on top. Instead the connection goes through the board to the point on the back in the picture. Just clean the area and solder to the point in the picture I posted.
