Now before anyone says that I should file a Ticket to Rockstar Support and/or reinstall the game, I did both, reinstalling the Game didn't help and Rockstar hasn't replied to me yet.
Granted it might take a while for them to go over every Support Ticket on their website and that certain Tickets might get lost in the ocean of mundane reports like "Why can't I use my mod menu in online" or "PLS Rockstar unban me I promise I won't do money glitches again".
Anyways I digress, it happened last thursday, I was doing an all nighter, playing GTA with friends and I purchased the FMJ, fully customized it at the LSC, took it for a test drive and then decided to go to bed.
So when I woke up and decided to play GTA again I was greeted with the lovely message that I need to create an Online Character before I can play online.
I restarted the game, still got the same message, I pressed a thinking my Characters might show up but they didn't, meaning they are both gone.
I don't care about my second Character being gone, it's just that I spend a lot of time on my main Character with a total play time over 127 days in total in online, rank 473 as well as various in game purchases, special items, modded outfits, vehicles and a lot of awards.
Also I'm not looking forward to a recovery serive/modded account, simply because I can't pay for that service, they don't seem too appealing to me nor am I looking forward to creating a new xbox account just so I can play one game, since I did transfer over from last generation before.
Looking at the Social Club it say's that I'm a rank 0 with 5000 $, however my racing, deathmatch and other progress that I have accumulated over the time is still there.
What I'm looking for is some help and advice on how to restore my online character and if somebody has expierienced the same or a similar issue like me.

TL;DR: My online character is gone, looking for advice on how to restore it without the need of a recovery serive/modded account or having to wait for an possible answer from Rockstar Support.

Once your character is gone it's gone, you can't get it back. You might have a chance at getting it back if you contact rockstar but you might not get anywhere with it but worth a try. A recovery is the quickest option to get everything but you will have to pay but least you won't have to start again.

I did message Rockstar Support on Thursday as I stated before, but I haven't gotten an answer from them yet.
Also before having to wait any further for a potential answer from Rockstar I thought I might aswell look for some help and advice here and maybe that someone has had the same issue like me before, since there seem to be a lot of knowledgeable and reliable members on this website

Rockstar are the only people that can help you restore a character. None of us have access to the servers.

The best they are going to do (if they let you) is roll your character back. Some progress you made on the console may be lost. I suggest phoning. They will than send you an email to fill in. This will still take some time, since they do tickets, in the order they are received.

If I'm lucky enough to recieve a rollback, how much lost progress is to be expected incase I get reverted to a previous state?
I don't mind being set back a few levels and such, as long as I can keep most of my Stuff ingame.
