Solved Falcon CoolRunner RevC 1.2 RGH -- Won't Boot

I recently bought $550 in supplies for RGH'ing. Most of it was for a solder iron, little tools such as a dremel, and some bits (for cut-outs).
I used a JR-Programmer but I do have a NAND-X aswell
I read the NAND, got the NAND dumps, compared the dumps, created the ECC, wrote the ECC. I soldered every wire as according to this diagram.

And here's my install. Please ignore it's messiness... It's my FIRST install and its may look like it's touching other points- but that's just the angle, I assure you none of them are touching where they shouldn't be. And the flux is cleaned up -but if you RGH, you understand how much of a nuisance getting in-between the pads on the glitch ship are, etc.

AND THE THING WON'T BOOT! It turns on, cycles through the glitches, and after the third glitch I turn it off (so it doesn't red ring). I've tried using an alternative wire for the CLK point, but that didn't work so I went to the original point, I did all the timing files again... nothing.. It won't boot into Xell. I used Team-Xecuter's JRunner (Drivers took awhile but I got it) to program/read the NAND/Glitch-Chip, I have an X-Tronic 5040 XTS (pictured above under "...Msc") And I've asked numerous console modders and they all say "idk then man that's wierd". Someone please help. I've spent so much time into all this and its beyond expensive and I seriously need to start getting some console's to boot. Please feel free to put useful input in. criticization is okay but being disrespectful, childish, and rude is unnecessary. Please reply :smile:

First off, just so you know, you can allow it to glitch more than 3 times. I don't know who told you it would RRoD, but it won't.

Second, PLL looks like it has a big glob of solder. Put some flux on the point, remove the wire, and clean the area. After you do all that, trim the wire back as far as you can get it. You don't want a lot of it exposed as it could touch the points that are close to it.

Third, RST look okay but, if I were you, I'd just use the alternate point on the back side:

Last, Post looks super suspicious. I'd do the same thing I recommended for PLL. Unsolder it, trim it back, clean the area, and resolder it. It looks like it's just hanging off of it which could give you a bad connection.

Thanks! And if I fix up that PLL bypass and change the RST point would that really make that much of a difference?

For sure, cause if there's a "cold connection" and you fix that then it'd make a huge difference.
Okay and the RST point wasn't a long enough wire, and I used that wire on another console (that one rrod) and I used a regular copper wire in this one but real thin, and threaded. Does that matter? For the RST point?

Best thing I found for cpu_rSt and pll points has been Aug 30 kynar wire. It's very thin solid wire . Also I didn't see wheye you mentioned which files you programmed to your coolrunner . Try if" you mad folder" start at 19 and go up till it boots letting it glitch at least 10 15 times

Best thing I found for cpu_rSt and pll points has been Aug 30 kynar wire. It's very thin solid wire . Also I didn't see wheye you mentioned which files you programmed to your coolrunner . Try if" you mad folder" start at 19 and go up till it boots letting it glitch at least 10 15 times
I've spent enough money I'll keep that in mind for a later date, and I don't have those... I have ones from a guy who sent them to me over skype. Are they on TX's website? Also I had 2 Falcon motherboards. And the first one I did, while waiting for the 13th glitch... It decided to Rrod on me:/ and was hot as a stove.

Idk how people didn't notice first off ur pll wire is way to long u should of use ur regular stock wires that the chip came with

Also by the looks of ur bottom points u didn't use flux or u barely used any

Best file u will use on a falcon would be (try these first folder) file #21

Thanks you, I will be picking up a Falcon from someone's house tonight, and I'm getting a 3rd party CoolRunner RevC Tomorrow. I was told third party works the same if not better for cheaper

I got the CPU key created the XeBuild (glitch 2 was checked) then wrote it to the NAND, but now it loads a bit then flashes all four once lights then there's a red ring in the bottom right. The retail Code means it's the HDD but there want one. So I plugged a HDD in. Didn't work. So they I tried the disk tray... Nothing. What does that mean?

Try reflashing the XeBuild image 
I've had a problem with a jasper where it was working perfectly fine until I bumped it over on it's sideon accidentuldn't boot up meaning wouldn't turn on at all and I had a customer right there so I had to sell him my slim RGH instead which was supposed to be for someone else.

So after he left I was messing around with it more and thought it was a faulty chip. (Rev D)

I replaced the rev D with a rev C and it still wouldn't turn on. I then reflashed the nand then it started to work fine again. Such a weird problem and I tested it all day and it was working fine after I reflashed it.
