What a steal on that PSU! The only thing I would tweak is the GPU, the PSC+ has a better cooler: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/powercolor-video-card-axr93908gbd5ppdhe

Beautiful, that will be the perfect build for you. The r9 390 is the best bank for the buck GPU right now. It'll run games maxed at 1080p and at 1440p it'll run games high settings. 4k it will do okay...games like StarCraft 2, Dota, Cs:Go, e.t.c. will run at 60fps+ at 4k with the 390.

The r9 390 is much better overall. It features 8gb of VRAM which is more than enough. It outperforms the 970 in every game except Fallout 4 and GTA V (NVIDIA optimized games). The r9 390 renders videos very quickly and much faster than the 970. (If you are a content creator this applies to you.) Even NVIDIA fanboys recommend the 390 because they know that it is better than the 970 counterpart. Pick up the power color because the PCS+ cooler is great. Ensure you over clock the card to gain 5%-10% performance for free!

My case is the same size than the one you have and it fits perfectly fine, so you'll be good!
