been enjoying looking at all the nice builds here.
upgrading for last a few months and finally ready to show mine, so here it is

I originally built it with 16 gigs of ram, msi gtx 970 gaming, and just the Asus 27" monitor.
Then I realized 16g wasn't enough for what I do, so added more. Once I bought 34" monitor, 970 wasn't powerful enough, so upgraded to 980 ti. Intel 750 ssd was also added later.
I think 'upgrade' cost me as much as the original build, if not more. lol

Amazing setup.
I think portrait monitor is best suited for reading/browsing on Internet !

Is there a reason for having a standing monitor (don't know what else to call it) like the one on the right? Just never really seen that before. Amazing build as well!

maybe for reading forums or browsing on internet
or maybe OP is designer !

Yeah I just didn't know if it served a purpose specifically, but those are all good reasons.

It is mainly for photo editing.
