Greetings SevenSins,

I am paying for my MW3 Limited Editon Xbox 360 Slim to get RGH'd with a glass window and LEDs put in.

So when this comes, what do I do first?

Also, can someone also make a list of things I need to download on my computer?

Thanks very much!

Thanks so much.
Just to add, if you do follow along with every video in that playlist in order, you'll be completely fine. A lot of people get consoles that are pre-loaded. What I always suggest is for people to wipe the HDD clean and to then start from scratch so that they know as much as they can know.

Okay. Also, in the series he uses a configured USB for XeXMenu only and for FSD and Dashlaunch and everything else he just says to use an unconfigured one. Is this necessary?

I would rather use FileZilla than usb for menus but what about small things like XeXMenu that have to be put through Horizon first?

Do whatever makes you comfortable. Also, I believe he uses FAT32 USB's for transferring some content like I do.

For me I do it this way:
500GB Internal HDD formatted to the 360.
1TB USB HDD formatted to FAT32

If you want to have DLC, XBLA, and avatar items, they need to be placed on a device that is formatted to your 360.

I use a USB formatted to the 360 to transfer DLC and XBLA games from my computer to my console via the retail dash. For everything else, I either use FTP or I just place things right from my computer onto my 1TB USB HDD

I can use FTP no problem to transfer most things but what's XBLA and avatar items?

XBLA stands for "Xbox Live Arcade." I'm referring to arcade games that are available on XBL such as Castle crashers and geometry wars. One can download trials of these games and unlock them using XM360. Avatar items are just clothing and other apparel that can be added to your avatar on your console. These (along with DLC) need to be stored on a device that is formatted to your console as opposed to on a FAT32 device.
