hello can anyone tell me how to install a recovery tool for black ops 2 step by step please. thanks!

You don't need to install almost any of the CoD modding tools.
You just run the executable.

If you mean 'setting up' tools, install SDK first:



Then put RPC.xex and JRPC2.xex as your plugins.
(Or well, doesn't matter in which order you do these do, but yeah)

do you have to have neighborhood?

so if i install neighborhood, then i will have to put JRPC.xex and RPC.xex on my plugins, i have a tool already it comes with black ops 2 recovery Application JRPC.dll also Metroframework.dll and xdevkit.dll do i put these files in my black ops 2 folder?
