hey guys thought i could use some of your advice.. my jail broken ipod 5th gen died due low battery and i plugged it in to charge now its stuck at the turning on screen. i tried the dfu and itunes connect screen and also iTunes will not recognize my ipod so i cant restore any help?

Scrolls down to "Verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is Installed". Make sure you follow that to ensure that it is installed.
Yes or try the Factory reset.

Oh yeah totally forgot that. Plus he said DFU mode doesn't work which is what I would of did.
DFU mode should still work, boot loop or not. He never said anything about DFU mode not working. iTunes doesn't see his device when it is connected, which may just be the driver missing or need an update, or iTunes needs to be updated.

the itunes is updated and driver is there
