I am not sure if it is possible at this moment in time.
However, there may be hope for split screen in the future as on the back of the case for BO3. It says "2-4 Co-Op play."
(Yes, that is for Xbox 360 + PS3)

on xbox one on the new dash idk how to access a guest account but i use two accounts the first controller is me(main account) second controller is just a secdon account and it works like the old cods you press a on the 2nd controller

Yes it is working on Xbox One and PS4 but not Xbox 360 + PS3.
My reply stated that on the back of the cases for BO3 on old generation consoles, it says 2-4 Co-Op play.
Yet the game fails to bring this feature, its a big let down and I hope they add it soon.
