How do people make money on youtube, ads? Also, is there a way for some1 to cheat the system to make money on "false" views?

You need a Youtube partnership to make money.

You need a lot of views on multiple videos and tons of subscription in order to get a partnership, oh and they're hand picked by the way. Really there's no need to cheat the system anyways, due to the fact that if you manage to get a partnership you have a consistently large amount of views on any video you post anyway.
