So I recently bought a hard drive transfer cable to be able to transfer files easily. However, whenever I open XPort 360 files this is all I see. Is it normal or is my hard drive corrupt?
That looks like obfuscation. I really have no idea as I'm not familiar with this, Noobert maybe? So I recently bought a hard drive transfer cable to be able to transfer files easily. However, whenever I open XPort 360 files this is all I see. Is it normal or is my hard drive corrupt?
Try using Horizon instead of XPort. So I recently bought a hard drive transfer cable to be able to transfer files easily. However, whenever I open XPort 360 files this is all I see. Is it normal or is my hard drive corrupt?
Yeah horizon works I just want to know if it's safe to put in my console. Also, how can I get the launch.ini off of the hard drive?Try using Horizon instead of XPort.

RGHYeah it's safe to put into the console.
Is it going into a Retail or a RGH?
Okay, then all you gotta do is plugin the HDD, boot into Xex Menu and delete the Launch.ini
Yeah I know but I am waiting for my new console to come in and want to be able to have the hard drive ready when it does. Thanks anyways.Okay, then all you gotta do is plugin the HDD, boot into Xex Menu and delete the Launch.ini
Can just make a blank .txt document rename to launch.ini and put it on the HDDYeah I know but I am waiting for my new console to come in and want to be able to have the hard drive ready when it does. Thanks anyways.

I still have my Xport30 and use it frequently. The trick is that you don't use Horizon or Xport. You use Party Buffalo because you can see literally everything on your HDD as if you were in XeXMenu as opposed to only seeing Partitions (Xport Program) or Content Packages (Horizon). FATXplorer is decent too in substitute of Xport or Horizon, but what you want to use to be able to see everything is Party Buffalo. That looks like obfuscation. Unplug the drive, plug it into your Xport 360, plug your Xport 360 into your PC, launch Party Buffalo, drag and drop the launch.ini onto the HDD.Thanks for all the suggestions; however, how can I get a lunch.ini on the hard drive without it connected to the console at all. It doesn't seem to show the root with everything in it
Ahh thanks so much. I was using Party Buffalo Drive Explorer turns out it's not the sameUnplug the drive, plug it into your Xport 360, plug your Xport 360 into your PC, launch Party Buffalo, drag and drop the launch.ini onto the HDD.
