What exactly are you asking for help with? If you want your computer to go faster then maybe it's time for an upgrade.

Ok I created a batch file that I made and I want to know how I can make the comands to go faster and I don't need an upgrade I have a gig and a half of memory and 300 gig hard drive that has 295 gigs left

Well how big is the batch file and how long of a time are we talking about? If you have it trying to execute a ton of commands, that'll obviously take longer than a quick few line batch. But if you have a small file that only does a few things, and it's taking a long time to do just that then there's a problem there. A gig and a half of ram isn't much by today's standards, but for xp that's plenty, but if you have a sucky processor then the speed at which stuff actually happens will be slowed down.
