This is my 3rd JTAG, and everything has gone smoothly up until I flashed Xell to the nand.
So far I've:

soldered on lpt connector
dumped nand over lpt
soldered on jtag wiring
flashed xell over lpt

When I try to boot my console I get E79 (1033). If I flash it back to stock nand the console behaves normally.

Sorry for the bad soldering

I've got the wires on the bottom at the moment. I'd originally put them on the top, but I tried them on the bottom just incase.

I've tried wiring it both with diodes, and the old way with the 330 ohm resistors.

I've tested them with the multimeter and they appear to be making a connection.
I don't think it's a bad connection, I've had several attempts at it and all have failed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

The wiring looks good to me, the soldering on the other hand needs some help, but should work. I think the problem lies with the .ecc.

I think I must have fried the whole thing now.. I can't get the lpt to read / write to the nand at all.

Although it still boots to e79 as usual
