Unsolved xbox originals backups on xbox 360 backups

So basically im trying to make a 360 backup of an original xbox backup. I have guides from old forums but my question basically is does the ixtreme combatible box need to be checked in order for the game to run on my 360 if i have lite-on ixtreme 2.0? Every time i try to mullet my xbox orginal backup i get an error message that says object reference not set to an instance of an object???

What I did was mullet the game with the first dvd9 option and then tried to make a clone by injecting the necessary ss pmi dmi files but when i check the iso in mulleter the ixtreme compatible box is not checked.
