Xbox live enforcement, deletion of achievements:

many moons ago I modified my account to reflect achievements, and now I've lost over 90,000 achievement points. Is there any way of obtaining these achievements back without getting a total ban?

Yeah, playing every game you legitally played and earning them again.

Well yea make sure you set a weekly goal dont do it all at once do like 10k a week and add more GPD's to your profile so its not so fake hope that helps.

Yes but you are going to Need to add some GPD's to your profile first as if you add to many you will corrupt your profile and have to make a new one!

if 90% of them are legit what did you even mod your gamerscore for then

Wasn't the greatest choice to mod them, if most were legit to begin with. Modding has major consequences on XBL. I would just say forget it. I had 60k legit at one point in time, and then realized that to me, it's just a number in a game.

ya very true any achievement that was unlocked and locked by them will no longer be accessible to unlock even if you tried to mod it again it will not unlock.

I thought they may unlock on x1 but they dont.

You can get them back by playing legit like you should.

mine never did/do an that includes gears one on xbone !

ya i tried before as well they would never unlock after MS block and locked them from you but i never thought about on the xb1 u think they would since they are different console and kinda different achievements.

Yup. That's how it works. They're gone.

and different servers, they must be locked into your account or something.
