Solved Xbox live account banned after buying 12 months of gold

Alright so, about a week ago i made a new account for Xbox live. i paid for 12 months of Xbox live on it. They banned the account till the 28th of September because i was at my friends house (he had an rgh and we played ONLY custom games without anyone in it but me and him, it was a modded lobby for some fun). then when it became the 28th, they changed the fu**ing date to 12/31/9999 i continued to call then and they said yes your account was suspended, and i wouldn't get my money back for buying the xbox live code. Personally i think this is Bullsh** that my account got banned permanently and i cant get my refund for my xboxlive. so is there any way to get my 60$ back since they banned my account permanently?

Yep that's how it goes. I have lost lots and lots of $$$$ on an account from a ban. That's why I now never use my main account to mod period. Or enter lobbies or anything of that nature.

Perma ban's are exactly that. Permanent. You lose all money, all gold, anything you had on the account for ever. You can try to appeal it, but since you were online on a RGH, you are more then likely not gonna win. You violated the TOS, you pay the consequences.
