Microsoft vs Motorola

Look like Microsoft is in trouble. Motorola took Microsoft to court because the Xbox 360 was infringing in 2 patents from Motorola. Imports of Xbox merchandise has stopped in Germany but what next?

Not to worried about this both companies have allot of money and they come to some settlement or their lawyers will figure some loop hole around the problem.
