Okay, so I’m having major issues installing Xbox 360 neighborhood onto my desktop.

I’ve successfully downloaded 3 different versions of the SDK installer and every time I run the installer, it oddly works perfectly fine. However, it doesn’t want to install neighborhood ANYWHERE. I’ve already tried running it in different versions, tried looking for it in explorer, Cortana, .reg files, etc... Almost everything you can think of and I don’t have an extra computer to work with here. Please help, I just wanna be able to get on my desktop.

There should be an icon on your desktop. Can you check if it's there? It looks just like the following image.

thanks guys, I figured out what the problem was. I couldn't install it because of my updated windows 10. I had to downgrade it so I could get the homegroup feature back.
